PUGLIA SAPORI WINS UK GOLD!

JUNE 9, 2023 - The Free From Food Awards were held on June 8 in London with resounding success. The Free From Food Awards, the UK's only industry awards for ‘free from’ food and drink, were launched in 2008 to encourage innovation and celebrate excellence in the free from food and drink industry.

In the Savoury Snacking category, Puglia Sapori took home GOLD for its Gluten Free Foralle Tarallini. With over 550 entries across all categories, the Savoury Snacking category featured 14 shortlisted products. It clearly became the judges’ hands-down favourite, and had them reaching for more and more.

The judges said, “Really nice crunch - love how the fennel pops toward the end of the bite. A proper bar snack. Perfect to accompany an aperitivo.”

“We were thrilled this year, not only to receive a record number of entries, but also to see new categories, such as Keto, Meal Kits, and International Recognition, perform so well, with innovation galore,” said Awards’ CEO, Cressida Langlands.
